About Us

A newly formed spin off from Equitable Machines Inc. QPBL is a family run realty and construction company engaged in the leasing of warehouse properties for logistics and heavy equipment rentals. Our main focus is to lease out brand new warehouses and storage facilities situated in Bataan, to the north of Manila. Besides warehousing, we also offer earthmoving and construction services with a full line of construction equipment to prepare sites for construction.
